1. Rent is to be paid till the 7th of every month. Otherwise 200/- per day will be a penalty & that would be cut from your security. Rent would not be refunded back off after submitting once.
2. The notice period is one month. And it should be given between 1st to 5th of every month. If anyone would be supposed to give notice period after 5th,
the security deposit will not be refunded.
3. The security deposit is refundable only if one serves the notice period of one month. One can't adjust his/her security against rent & bills.
4. If a tenant makes any kind of loss & damage to the premises' stuff, its value will be adjusted from his/her security.
4. Please pay your rent in CASH otherwise 12% will have to be paid extra.
5. The token/ Booking amount is non-refundable.
6. A male person is not allowed inside the premises without written permission, if any male person is found in the room without permission then you will be restricted
from the building at the same time Or Vice Versa for Boys PG except Coed PG.
7. Please inform me if any of your friends or relatives are staying over here. One night stay or food charges are applied 300 per day.
8. ID, Verification & Your Parents/Guardian details to be submitted & It's a mandatory thing.
9. One can be asked to leave the premises anytime if he/she violates the above rules.
10. Make Sure you have submitted all the relevant things & clear your dues before leaving the premises.
11. Share an intimation message to the owner after every payment.
12. Intimate us if are going out of the city or for a long duration.
13. If one loses the biometric card, 500/- will be the fee for a new card.
14. Delivery boys are not allowed inside the premises.
15. Electricity bill 10Rs/Unit. It will equally divide into the persons living in the room. If it is three seater and only person is living then one person
will pay complete bill If one doesn't take food, or doesn't stay in the room still he has to be paid the full rent and full bill.
16. No stickers or posters should be put on the walls. Otherwise 2000/- will be fined and will be adjusted with a security deposit.
17. Electricity & Water wastage should be avoided. In case of violation, the appropriate fine will be imposed.
18. Prior intimation has to be given by tenants if they have to take food outside or if you are staying overnight somewhere else.
19. It is desired that all valuables including laptops, mobiles, purses, cash, etc should be kept under locked condition as cleaning of the rooms will be carried out.
Safety of the himself/herself & his/her belongings is the sole responsibility of the tenant.
20. The kitchen may closed during holidays.
